- 1 (4-5 oz) salmon fillet
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 teaspoon fresh)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedge for serving
Heat olive oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
