Ingredients
  

  • 1 (4-5 oz) salmon fillet
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 teaspoon fresh)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedge for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season salmon with salt, pepper, and half the dill. Place skin-side down in the hot pan.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Push salmon aside, add garlic and broccoli, cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice, zest, and remaining dill. Serve hot with lemon wedge.
