- 1 can (400 g / 15 oz) chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 stalks celery finely chopped
- ΒΌ small red onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 8 slices whole grain bread
Mash the chickpeasIn a medium bowl, lightly mash the chickpeas with a fork or potato masher, leaving some texture. Combine ingredientsAdd the chopped celery, red onion, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and fresh dill.Mix until well combined.
