🥪 Turkey Apple Cheddar Sandwich

A classic sandwich combination that's easy to assemble and satisfyingly delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2–3 slices sliced turkey breast
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • Several apple slices thinly sliced
  • A handful of leafy greens e.g., spinach, arugula or lettuce
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients
    Wash and slice the apple. Rinse and dry the leafy greens.
  • Assemble the sandwich
    Spread mustard on one or both slices of bread.
    Layer the turkey breast, cheddar cheese, apple slices, and leafy greens between the bread slices.
  • Serve immediately or wrap and store in the fridge if eating later the same day.
