🥪 Turkey Apple Cheddar Sandwich

- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2–3 slices sliced turkey breast
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- Several apple slices thinly sliced
- A handful of leafy greens e.g., spinach, arugula or lettuce
- 1 tsp mustard
Prepare ingredientsWash and slice the apple. Rinse and dry the leafy greens. Assemble the sandwichSpread mustard on one or both slices of bread.Layer the turkey breast, cheddar cheese, apple slices, and leafy greens between the bread slices.
