- 4 tablespoons hummus
- 1 cup mixed greens
- ½ bell pepper thinly sliced
- ¼ cucumber thinly sliced
- ½ carrot shredded
- ½ avocado sliced
Prepare vegetablesWash and slice all vegetables.
