🥪 Turkey BLT Wraps

A lighter, portable twist on the classic BLT with added protein from turkey breast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 slices cooked turkey breast
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients
    Cook turkey bacon if not pre-cooked.
    Wash and slice the tomato. Shred the lettuce.
  • Assemble the wraps
    Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
    Layer with 2 slices of turkey breast, 2 slices of turkey bacon, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices.
  • Wrap tightly
    Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice in half if desired.
    📝 Prep tip: Wraps are best when assembled the morning of to maintain freshness and avoid sogginess.
