Ingredients

powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting

Instructions
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
Add extracts, then gradually mix in flour, almonds, and salt.
Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Shape tablespoons of dough into crescent moons.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
While still warm, dust with powdered sugar “moon dust.”
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the dough.
