Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon dried butterfly pea flowers
  • ½ teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Star anise for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gently warm milk in a small saucepan (don’t boil).
  • Add butterfly pea flowers and lavender, steep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the milk into a mug.
  • Stir in sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Froth with a milk frother if desired.
  • Garnish with star anise for a celestial touch.
