- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon dried butterfly pea flowers
- ½ teaspoon dried lavender
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Star anise for garnish (optional)
Gently warm milk in a small saucepan (don’t boil).
Add butterfly pea flowers and lavender, steep for 5 minutes.
Strain the milk into a mug.
Stir in sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon.
