A calming, creamy smoothie with antioxidant-rich blueberries and a hint of lavender.

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon dried culinary lavender (or ½ teaspoon lavender extract)
- ½ frozen banana
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
