Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon dried culinary lavender (or ½ teaspoon lavender extract)
  • ½ frozen banana

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
