Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon spirulina for extra nutrients

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, about 45-60 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes if desired.
