- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 small lime, juiced
- Optional: 1 teaspoon spirulina for extra nutrients
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend until completely smooth, about 45-60 seconds.
Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes if desired.
