- 2 ripe Fuyu persimmons, tops removed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then serve immediately.
