Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 teaspoon ground)
  • ¼ inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 teaspoon ground)
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum benefits.
