Golden mango and turmeric smoothie for a delicious anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting drink.

- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 teaspoon ground)
- ¼ inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 teaspoon ground)
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum benefits.
