Cucumber Mint Refresher

A light, hydrating smoothie with cucumber and fresh mint for cooling refreshment.

- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 15-20 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy, about 45 seconds.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
