Cucumber Mint Refresher

A light, hydrating smoothie with cucumber and fresh mint for cooling refreshment.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 15-20 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy, about 45 seconds.
  • Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
