Fig & Tahini Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 fresh or dried figs (if dried, soak in warm water for 10 minutes)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.
