Make-ahead oats with chia seeds, almond butter, and berries—ideal for grab-and-go breakfasts during Brooklyn-to-Manhattan commutes.

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (Optional)
Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and cinnamon in a mason jar or container with a lid.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
In the morning, top with berries and pumpkin seeds.
Add a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
