Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and cinnamon in a mason jar or container with a lid.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, top with berries and pumpkin seeds.
  • Add a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
