In another bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Gently fold in blueberries and sunflower seeds.
Drop 2-tablespoon portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
