- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 ¾ cups warm water
- ½ cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame)
Mix flours, yeast, honey, and salt in a large bowl.
Gradually add warm water, mixing until a firm dough forms.
Fold in ¼ cup of the mixed seeds during kneading.
