Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 ¾ cups warm water
  • ½ cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame)

Instructions
 

  • Mix flours, yeast, honey, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Gradually add warm water, mixing until a firm dough forms.
  • Fold in ¼ cup of the mixed seeds during kneading.
  • Follow the rising, shaping, and refrigeration steps from the basic recipe.
  • After boiling, brush with water and sprinkle remaining seeds on top.
  • Bake at 425°F for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
