- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup quick-pickled radishes (sliced radishes marinated in rice vinegar for 30 minutes)
- 2 tablespoons mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp)
- 1 handful microgreens
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Toast sourdough bread until golden and crisp.
In a bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
Spread avocado mixture evenly on toast.
Top with pickled radishes and sprinkle with mixed seeds.
Garnish with microgreens, a drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, and fresh pepper.
