Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp matcha powder (high-quality)
  • Matcha glaze (2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tbsp matcha powder, 3-4 tbsp milk)
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Add matcha powder to the base dough during mixing.
  • Add 1 tbsp of black sesame seeds to the dough.
  • After frying, dip in matcha glaze while still warm.
  • Sprinkle with remaining black and white sesame seeds before glaze sets.
