- 2 tbsp matcha powder (high-quality)
- Matcha glaze (2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tbsp matcha powder, 3-4 tbsp milk)
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
Add matcha powder to the base dough during mixing.
Add 1 tbsp of black sesame seeds to the dough.
After frying, dip in matcha glaze while still warm.
Sprinkle with remaining black and white sesame seeds before glaze sets.
