Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and all seasonings.
  • In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Dip each chicken tender in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Place on prepared baking sheet. Spray tenders lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard, BBQ sauce, or ranch.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the tenders for 1-2 minutes at the end. You can substitute panko with regular breadcrumbs and add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
