Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup riced cauliflower (cooked and drained)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup cup almond flour
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cooked and drained riced cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and spoon the batter onto the skillet. Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
