Cauliflower Pancakes

- 1 cup riced cauliflower (cooked and drained)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup cup almond flour
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Mix the cooked and drained riced cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spoon the batter onto the skillet. Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
