Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • cup cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until the batter is smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and pour small portions of the batter. Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
