- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
- ½ tsp baking powder
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until the batter is smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and pour small portions of the batter. Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
