- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- Fresh strawberries (sliced)
- Sugar-free whipped cream
Prepare the pancake batter as usual, mixing the almond flour, eggs, and almond milk until smooth.
Cook the pancakes in a preheated skillet until golden brown.
To serve, garnish the pancakes with fresh strawberry slices and a generous dollop of sugar-free whipped cream.
